A singular gem in a sea of ubiquitous Chinese restaurants, Abundance delights the senses. Metamorphosed from a prototypical American silver diner into a moody enclave, it casts swathes of red neon light over its patrons in a theatrical display akin to the aesthetic of the movie Blade Runner. The service is impeccable. The waitstaff perform their duties in a carefully choreographed dance like a hive of skilled bees supporting each other in a shared purpose. Courtesy and professionalism reign supreme. The cocktails are quick to arrive at the table and are carefully crafted and balanced with nuanced flavors. With unabashed hyperbole, one can describe the food quite simply as mana from the gods. The dumplings, a signature offering of the restaurant, serve as a main attraction. The Xiao Chao beef is exceptional, delighting the taste buds. The overall experience is enchanting and guests are assured to conclude their culinary adventure at Abundance in postprandial bliss.

Very cool place with very nice and genuine people. From the owner who we were privileged to have met, to our server, Mulan. This restaurant gave us a full experience rather than just a meal. The food is authentic as well as showcases local produce and wines! They change their menu seasonally which I thought was fun and interesting. If you are able to be seated with Mulan I would recommend it, she was so kind, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions with detail. She knows the menu and the restaurants’s history very well and I can tell she truly enjoys her job. The owner (and head chef) was also just so kind and we can tell how hard she works and how much she truly cares about her restaurant and food.

Abundance is a must for great Chinese food in the Cleveland area. The food is so flavorful and with a seasonal rotating menu, there’s so much to try. Atmosphere is a more upscale diner with great bar seating. The dumplings were good, but the China Hot chicken wings were incredible and give other chicken wing places a run for their money. Highly highly recommend those specifically. Super crunchy and so flavorful with a good spice kick. The cod loin itself was way too salty at first, but with the broth, noodles, mushrooms, peas, and bok Choi, the flavor and textures altogether create a really flavorful and interesting dish. Really loved the food, the atmosphere, and the service was great. Recommend the bar seating for walk-ins of 1 of 2.

A flawless dining experience. The art on each plate from Appetizer to Dessert while also having amazing flavor from beginning to end was just amazing! Some of the best Chinese cuisine I have ever had in my life and I can’t wait for future visits.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Abundance Culinary. It’s not often that both the food and the service completely blow me away, but this place absolutely delivered. We started with the dumpling sampler, and every bite was excellent—especially the Spring Bloom dumplings, which were my personal favorite. Our sommelier, Roohi, greeted us warmly and guided us to a sparkling Bugey-Cerdon that was a spectacular recommendation and paired beautifully with the meal. For entrées, we had the Lazi Chicken and the Lamb Shank. Both dishes were outstanding and bursting with flavor, but the lamb shank was truly next-level—the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Chef Fang stopped by our area during the meal, which added a personal touch and made the experience even more memorable. Our server, Joel, was courteous, attentive, and happy to answer any questions we had. Overall, the entire experience was over the top in the best way. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional meal.
